Australians have missed out on a ton of sweet games over the years due to the lack of a Mature rating (they didn’t allow any content over their MA15+ rating, which is a lot of games)
Of course not all games were simply refused classification (and thus unavailable to purchase) many were stripped, and censored so that they could fall under the much less exciting MA15+ rating.
But that’s all changed, Australia has a Mature rating, and they can now enjoy some of the best video games available on the market.
