Postal 3 has FINALLY been given a concrete release date! I guess it isn’t vaporware after all… After a tumultuous development cycle, Running With Scissors, TrashMasters, and Akella are seriously about to release what will be the most violent, irreverent, and possibly controversial game of this century! I can’t wait to maul some asshat with a fucking badger, or shoot down some old lady while riding a Segwey…

Now, I know what your thinking, “Yea yea, heard it before… didn’t believe you then, don’t believe you now.” Well, if you are in fact thinking that, FUCK YOU. ITS STEAM-OFFICIAL! CHECK IT, BITCH!

FU Radar: GoldenEye 007 Reloaded

Last year there was a GoldenEye 007 re-imagining for the Wii which was apparently pretty damn good.

Looks like the 007 is getting ported to the Xbox 360, and Ps3; the game hasn’t been officially announced yet, so we don’t know if it’s going to be a supped up $60 version, or if it’s a straight HD port to hit XBL, and PSN, though it was spotted on Amazon which leads us to think it’ll probably be a (hopefully enhanced/extended/bonus content) boxed affair.

FU Radar: Hitman Absolution

Grab your nuts and hold on tight! Here comes another installment in the no-holds-barred ride that is the Hitman Series! The last installment was in 2006, so we can expect some incredible improvements from the last game to this one. To that end, IO Interactive, Eidos, and their new publisher Square Enix seem to be working extra hard on this one. Some of the things we can expect to see in this new installment (besides greatly enhanced graphics and models) is a new “instinct mode” that allows you to see enemies through walls, and see the intended path of enemies. I can see how that would be very useful in a stealth-shooter. Also, we can expect highly enhanced NPC’s and enemies, as well as large, dynamic crowds. Sounds like Assassins Creed, yea? Everything I have read or heard about Hitman Absolution thus far has indicated to me that it has every chance of being a great game. Unfortunately, Eidos has their hand in the pot, and if this game is made true to Eidos’s fashion, they will probably fuck it up LONG before it reaches the shelves.

E3: Dust “blows” me away

Ahahah, yet another clever title pun. Don’t hate me because I can spin a word better than you…

DUST 514 is an upcoming console-based MMOFPS set within the Eve universe, developed by CCP Games. It was announced on August 18, 2009 at the Game Developers Conference in Cologne, Germany and was introduced with a short trailer featuring unrendered footage of the game. This game will be the first game developed by CCP since Eve Online, and it is currently being developed by CCP’s Shanghai studio. According to Hilmar Veigar Petursson, the CEO of CCP Games, the game is being developed for the seventh generation of video game consoles (Playstation 3).

FU Radar: X-COM

X-COM is a series of video games by Mythos Games and MicroProse. In 2010 2K Marin announced the official reboot of the series, entitled simply XCOM. The series has a cult following. I am a cultist, therefore

I CAN’T FUCKING WAIT!

However I am not a puritan cultist. I am open for change. Many of the original XCOM fans are actually upset about this game. Watch and judge for yourself:

Looks like Bioshock meets LA Noire meets Prey… Any way you slice it, this game is going to kick ass. Haven’t heard much about this game since the last E3… I expect to hear some stuff at this upcoming E3 about XCOM though.

FU Radar: Resistance Dual Pack

On July 5th you’ll be able to get your hands on this very attractive 2 game set, which includes Resistance Fall Of Man (the Ps3′s first AAA title) and Resistance 2. It’ll cost ya $40 and since the greatests hits cost you $30 each otherwise this is a pretty sweet deal if you don’t have the first two Resistance games.

In addition the pack comes with $10 worth of DLC for Resistance 2′s multiplayer:

inSANE

We here at Fucked Up Games pride ourselves in giving you the most fucked up games this measly planet can offer you… to an extent. In this case, the game in question (inSANE) looks pretty messed up, even by our standards, and the teaser doesn’t even have anything in it, sort of. The game is not due to be realesed until 2013, and the THQ/Volition Inc. team up has plans for an inSANE trilogy. Three games in the making, THREE? And no one even knows what KIND of game it’s going to be, other than the fact that it will be horror based. They must have faith that it will do AMAZING, because even in this world, were trilogies are getting more and more common, this game has no fan base… yet. One observation is that it could be really great, considering it’s going to be in works for a LONG time. Guillermo Del Toro is “directing” the game trilogy, this being the first game he’s ever been a part of. Toro is the directer of many movie blockbusters, such as Hellboy 1 and 2, he’s a writer for the upcoming “Hobbit,” which will do very well even if it sucks.

Hunted: The Demon’s Forge

Bethesda Softworks, the company who brought you Oblivion, Fallout: New Vegas, and a shit-load of other great titles, has a new and exciting game on the way. When you think of Bethesda and upcoming games, you’ll probably think of Skyrim (Elder Scrolls V), but Hunted: The Demon’s Forge, looks very promising. The gore is minimal, but looks very well done. The art design looked unique, but I got some Overlord vibes from the buildings. The bad guys are fuck-ugly, but again, they are unique compared to other fantasy titles. The plot-line of the game is hard to discern, if there even is one. The official site for Hunted: The Demon’s Forge states:

“Upon the promise of their fortune in gold, two mercenaries have taken on the daunting task of finding out where the innocents have been taken and to stop the madness. Their journey will take them on a dark and twisted path where they will encounter vicious creatures, death and sacrifice. This path will lead them deep within the world of Kala Moor…and to the secrets of The Demon’s Forge.”

Sounds interesting… very vague though. With third person shooter and adventure style melee fights combined, it looks promising, and the co-op will be intriguing.

Bioshock Forever

These are some new pictures and wall papers from Bioshock Infinite. The game looks VERY polished, and the art work is stunning. Those devious bastards down at 2K Games must have spent a fuck-load of time working on the graphics. I assume the game-play will be just as awesome… as usual for 2K.

In my opinion, if it’s anything like Bioshock, or Bioshock 2, it’ll be nothing less than incredible. You can go to the site for more pics, wall papers, and gameplay vids. It’s worth it.

Also, what will the multiplayer be like? As far as I know, 2K games hasn’t released anything on that particular subject… Bioshock 2 had a decent multiplayer experience, maybe Infinite will improve on that.

Gears 3!

Gears of War 3!! I know this is an old vid, but damn! Gears 3 looks good, and I can’t wait until it comes out!!!! The graphics look amazing, and the new chainsaw moves look really awesome. And… *drum roll* Female Gears!!! very sexy. Chicks killing bug creatures. You know it doesn’t get better than that.
